Enter your Alliant email address, password and mfa authentication method.

Click "Continue".

Check "I confirm my emergency address and acknowledge the emergency services terms." and click "Explore on my own".

You are now logged in the DIalpad app in a web browser.
​Logging to the standalone Dialpad app already installed on your Alliant own device is identical.
