Downloading your backed up file to your computer.

After clicking "continue" on the final page of the Backup section, you will be taken to this page (shown left).  From here you can take two paths.  First, you can download the backup to your computer so that you have the file saved to a personal device.  The second option is to restore.  We will not go over the restore function in this section.  You can find instructions for restoring under FAQ>How do I copy course material? http://ltech.alliant.edu/copy-course-content-into-new-course.html

1. Click "Download" and the dialog box shown to the left will appear.
2. Click "OK" if you want to save a file.

3.  Save the backup to your desktop or my documents.  
4.  Change the file name (*optional).
5.  Click Save
