Enroll yourself as an instructor in your moodle course

Picture
1.  Login to my.alliant.edu
2. On the left-hand-side, find the course that you want to add in moodle.
3.  Double click on the course title.
4.  A new page will open in moodle.
5.  Logging into moodle in this method should automatically enroll you as the teacher.

6.  In the event that you are not added, turn on editing (top right hand corner) and then scroll down to "users" on the left-hand-side (under settings).
7.  Click on "users," then click on enrolled users.
8.  Make sure that your name appears in the list.
9.  If it does not appear, click on "enroll users" in the top right corner and then add yourself.

*Note, if you are not listed in my.alliant as the professor, you will not be able to complete any of these steps.  If your course indicates that it is being taught by "staff" that must be updated before you can add yourself.
