Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

To request a meeting room, see instructions below:
- Check the availability of the room using the online calendar (Refer to instructions below)
- Please request room at least 72 hours before the event.
- Complete and submit this online form.
- Scheduler will confirm the request within 48 hours.
- Scheduler has the right to change rooms as necessary to meet campus needs. Concerned parties will be informed of changes within 48 hours.
To check room availability:

- At the pop up message, Select “OK”
- Select the “Calendar Dropdown Menu” and select the room you are requesting
- Verify the availability of the time period for the room event you are requesting
