Installing software phone Max UC

Open a web browser and go to Alliant's commportal: https://myportal.aspenleafnetworks.com/commportal/.
  1. Enter your 10 digit phone number.
  2. Enter your CommPortal password.
  3. Select Login.

  1. If you receive the prompt pictured below, enter your current password.
  2. Enter your new password.
  3. Re-enter your new password.
  4. Select ​Change Password.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the link Downloads.

  1. Choose the option named On your Computer.
  2. Select OK.

  1. In the left column, select the option for Max UC.
  2. Then select the option for Windows 7 / Windows 8 / Windows 10 (download should start).
  3. Select OK.

When the download has been completed, open the file named maxuc.exe to begin the installation.

At the prompt pictured below, select the option Log in manually.

  1. From the dropdown menu choose the Service Provider named Aspenleaf Networks.
  2. Select OK.

  1. Enter your 10 digit phone number.
  2. Enter your CommPortal password.
  3. Select Log in.

Upon successful login, you should see a screen similar to the image below. You can begin using your software phone.

Note: Currently after starting the Max UC application, you will receive an error which you should bypass by selecting OK on the Error  message, and then select Cancel on the Add New Chat Account message. Our phone provider is working to correct this issue. The error does not affect Max UC software phone functionality.
