Sacramento Campus - Room Request Form

Monday – Thursday 10:30 am to 10:00pm
Friday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm & Saturday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
FACILITY IS CLOSED ON SUNDAY

To request a meeting room, see instructions below:

Check the availability of the room using the online calendar (Refer to instructions below)
Please request room at least 72 hours before the event.
Complete and submit this online form.
Scheduler will confirm the request within 48 hours.
Scheduler has the right to change rooms as necessary to meet campus needs. Concerned parties will be informed of changes within 48 hours.
