How did it go? If you are still frustrated, lets work through it together.
1. Find the assignment in the course and click on it.
2. The box to the right will open. Click on "add Submission.
3. Another box will open. Click on "add."
4. In the top left corner, you will see the image to your right. Click on "upload a file."
5. Click on "browse" to select a file from your computer or flash drive.
6. You must know where your file is located and the name. Files are usually kept on the desktop, Documents, or on a flash drive. Open the location and double click on the file that you want to upload.
7. Notice in this image (top) where it says "Blackboard_Collaborate_Quick_Ref,
this lets me know that I have loaded this file. So double check to make sure that you have uploaded the correct file. Once you click "upload this file" you won't be able to get it back unless you contact your professor.

8. You will see again, that your attachment is ready to be sent to your professor. Click "save changes."
**Note, you will receive an automatic response to your assignment. If you do not receive an email (alliant email address) shortly after you submit your assignment, that means that you have not submitted it properly. Double check your work.

9. Although this screen shot shows that you can edit your submission, do not rely on this. Most professors do not allow you to revise your submission.
