When I contact the SARs what information should I provide?
It is a good idea to always include as many details as possible. If you are sending the email from an address that does not include your full legal name, include that as well as your student ID number.
*If you are inquiring about a specific course, include the course name, number, and section (e.g. PSY6310-S2).
*If you are coming to campus or have a phone appointment, make sure that you are able to login to my.alliant.edu before your appointment. If you have trouble logging in, you can contact the helpdesk.
