Barracuda CloudGen Access


What is CloudGen Access?

CloudGen Access brings Zero Trust/BeyondCorp Security to your endpoint. In short, CloudGen Access, provides secure access to Alliant resources, whether they are on-premises or in the cloud.

In order to access Alliant resources from off campus, employees will require installation of The Barracuda CloudGen Client or Barracuda CloudGen App. This requirement applies to Alliant provided computers, as well as, personal computers, tablets and mobile devices.

If you attempt to reach an Alliant protected resource, i.e. CNS, Email, other O365 applications, etc. you will receive a message indicating the resource is unavailable, unless you have Barracuda CloudGen installed and enabled on the device you are using.
