Q. How do you connect Rally to a display?

Q. How do I set the Home position on the camera?
A. Pan, tilt and zoom the camera to the desired position and then press and hold the home button on the remote control until the LED on the camera flashes (about 10 seconds). - Windows: Go to Control Panel > Sound. Select Logi Rally as the default communication device for playback and recording.
- Mac OS X: Go to System Preferences > Sound. Select Logi Rally as the default device for sound input and output.
- In your video/audio calling application, check the audio settings and make sure that Logi Rally is selected for both the speaker and microphone. Then, check the video settings and verify that Logi Rally is selected for the camera.

Problem: My audio doesn’t sound right

Problem: When I connect Rally, the sound comes out of the television/display instead of the Rally Speakers; how do I fix this?
Solution: Go to settings on the host computer and ensure Rally is selected as both the microphone and speaker.

Problem: My video doesn’t look right
Solution: Video “not looking the way I expect” can mean many things. Are the colors not right? Is the video breaking up? Is there noise or pixelization? The most likely cause of poor video quality can be due to one or more of the following: https://prosupport.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360040079533
Problem: Why is one of the displays black when I connect two displays with HDMI pass through?

Problem: No video is displayed from my computer when using a USB-C to HDMI or a Thunderbolt to HDMI adapter.

Problem: T he pan and tilt stops working while changing direction on Logitech Rally Camera

Solution: This is a known issue on Rally Systems with older versions of the firmware. Please download and install the latest firmware from the Rally System download page.

Problem: T he pan and tilt stops working while changing direction on Logitech Rally Camera
Resolution:
- First, make sure you release the button and then press it again to resume camera movement.
- Make sure the remote control is paired with the camera. Follow steps in “Remote control is not moving camera or functions are not working”.
- If you still cannot pan the camera, unplug and re-plug the USB connection to reboot the device
Solution: This is a known issue on Rally Systems with older versions of the firmware. Please download and install the latest firmware from the Rally System download page.
