Show the Bcc or From field:
After you turn on the Bcc or From box, it appears every time you create a message until it's turned off. The option to turn on the Bcc or From field can be found in two locations, depending on whether you are composing a new message or replying to or forwarding a message.

- Create a new email message or reply to or forward an existing message.
- Select the ribbon bar item named Options
- Select the Bcc and/or From icon to show the field(s) in your message.
Add a shared mailbox:
After your admin has added you as a member of a shared mailbox, close and then restart Outlook. The shared mailbox should automatically display in your Folder pane in Outlook.

What if it didn't work?
- If your admin only recently added you to a shared mailbox, it may take a few minutes before the shared mailbox appears. Wait a bit and then close and restart Outlook again.
- If that didn't work, then manually add the shared mailbox to Outlook:
- Open Outlook.
- Choose the File tab in the ribbon.
- Choose Account Settings, then select Account Settings from the menu.
- Select the Email tab.
- Make sure the correct account is highlighted, then choose Change.
- Choose More Settings > Advanced > Add.
- Type the shared email address, such as [email protected].
- Choose OK > OK.
- Choose Next > Finish > Close.
- Open Outlook.
Send Email from a shared mailbox:
To send a message from a shared mailbox, you must first have been granted permission to the mailbox per a Helpdesk request from your supervisor.

- Open Outlook.
- Choose New Email.
- If you don't see the From field at the top of your message, choose Options > From.
- Select From in the message, and change to the shared email address. If you don't see your shared email address, choose Other email address and then type in the shared email address.
- Choose OK.
- Finish typing your message and then choose Send.
From now on when you want to send a message from your shared mailbox, the address will be available in your From drop down list.
Whenever you send a message from your shared mailbox, your recipients will only see the shared email address in the message.

Block a sender in Outlook Web App:
If you're receiving unwanted email, you can block the email addresses and domains you don't want to receive messages from. Add any email address or domain to your blocked senders list to move these messages directly to your Junk Email folder.

If you want to remove someone from the blocked senders list, follow the instructions below.
Stop messages from going into your Junk Email folderThere are times when you don't want messages from a specific person or domain to end up in your Junk Email folder. Messages from addresses or domains on the safe senders list won't get moved to your Junk Email folder.
If you're receiving unwanted email, you can block the email addresses and domains you don't want to receive messages from. Add any email address or domain to your blocked senders list to move these messages directly to your Junk Email folder.
- Select Settings (gear icon) > View all Outlook settings.
- Select Mail > Junk email
- If you want to block an email address, enter the email address in Blocked senders and select Add. If you want to block all email from a domain, enter the domain name in Blocked domains and select Add.

- Select Settings > View all Outlook settings.
- Select Mail > Junk email
- Select the address or domain you want to unblock, and select delete (trashcan icon).

- Open a web browser and navigate to outlook.office.com/mail/
- Open Settings > Calendar
- Under Events and Invitations, confirm that the first box, “Add online meeting to all meetings” is not checked. Uncheck the box if it is selected.
- Select Save

- Open Outlook.
- Go to File > Options > Calendar
- Under Calendar Options, uncheck the box, “Add online meeting to all meetings”.
- Select OK.
