Access Alliant Five9 SalesForce Software Phone
- Clear your browser cache. The example below is with using Chrome on Windows.
- Restart your browser.
- Go to: https://alliant.lightning.force.com/lightning/page/home
- Select the "Alliant Azure" button.
- Enter your Alliant Email address and then select Next.
- Enter your Alliant Password and the select Sign In.
- Proceed with your multi-factor authentication (MFA) approval.
- When logged in to the main SalesForce page, please wait for the bottom of the screen to turn from Five9 to Engage.
- Follow the screen examples below to login to your Alliant Five9/SalesForce software phone.
